Upon request, you'll reduce electric usage to provide load relief for O&R on the hottest days. You must be able to respond to these events Monday through Friday.

- Customers may be eligible to participate in both programs simultaneously.
Enrollments will be accepted up to April 4 for a May 1 start date and up to May 2 for a June 1 start date.
