This program helps low to moderate income households in New Jersey that are experiencing economic hardship and struggling to pay their energy bills.

USF/ HEA recipients now may apply.

You may qualify:

• If you rent or own a home.
• Have a minimum $100 account balance and received a disconnect notice for gas and/or electric service that is 45 days overdue or already has had service disconnected.
• You must have a history of making regular payments towards your utility bills.
