This program helps low to moderate income households in New Jersey that are experiencing economic hardship and struggling to pay their energy bills.

USF/ HEA recipients now may apply.

You may qualify:

  • If you rent or own a home.
  • Have a minimum $100 account balance and received a disconnect notice for gas and/or electric service that is 45 days overdue or already has had service disconnected.
  • You must have a history of making regular payments towards your utility bills.

You can apply online, in person, via email and fax. Simply follow the directions on 
PAGE application website or PAGE en Español – NJPowerOn.

The PAGE program is funded by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) and administered by the 
Affordable Housing Alliance.
