Pay your bill in person through one of our authorized payment agents. They have extended business hours on weekdays, and many are open on weekends. When you stop by to pay your energy bill, they'll electronically process your payment immediately and provide you with a receipt. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your payment to be posted to your account.

Our agents don't charge a fee for accepting and processing your payments.

Any establishment that's not listed here or that charges a fee for accepting payments is not authorized by O&R. Customers who use an unauthorized agency assume all risks associated with their bill payment.
