Limited Time Offer from Rockland Electric Company

A Customer, defined for this program as the account holder on record (tenants will be eligible for a home energy assessment but will require landlord consent for energy efficient upgrades), will become eligible to receive a $50 gift card after the home energy assessment has been completed and income qualified customers who go through the Home Weatherization for Income Qualified or Comfort Partner program will be eligible for an additional $150 gift card if they go forward with recommended energy efficient upgrades. Customer must be eligible for a home energy assessment for an assessment to be completed. Completion of the assessment requires the customer to provide RECO and/or its authorized partner(s) (Contractor) with access to all portions of the home reasonably necessary to conduct the assessment, including all testing, inspections, measurements, and other activities reasonably required to prepare the assessment.  RECO shall have sole discretion to determine whether the assessment has been satisfactorily completed and whether the homeowner has met the requirements necessary to qualify for the gift card incentive. Customer will receive their gift card within 6 weeks of the completed assessment either via email or by mail. Customer will be provided with a preferred method of delivery form by the Contractor upon completion of assessment. 
 
Participation in the weatherization gift card incentive, and receipt of a weatherization assessment, is voluntary.  A Customer’s acceptance of a gift card does not obligate the Customer to enroll in or participate in the weatherization program.  Similarly, completing an assessment and providing a gift card to the Customer does not obligate RECO to approve, enroll, or provide services to the homeowner under the weatherization program.  Program participation remains subject to satisfaction of all applicable eligibility and program requirements.
