Business Operations Program

Enhance system performance, extend equipment life, and lower operational costs without the need for major capital investments.

What is the Building Operations Program?

The Building Operations (BO) Program focuses on making the right adjustments to your existing infrastructure to make it more cost-effective. Optimizing and fine-tuning your current systems can lead to significant energy savings without the need for pricey upgrades.

Choose Your Pathway to Savings

Whether you are looking for quick maintenance or an in-depth engineering analysis, our three specialized pathways provide the expertise needed to improve energy performance through expert maintenance and efficiency optimization.

Exclusive Incentives

We provide significant financial support to ensure your efficiency gains require minimal investment:

  • Project Rebates: Receive incentives covering up to 80% of project costs.
  • Financing: Access 0% financing for the remaining balance of your implementation costs when combined with other eligible upgrades
  • BOC Reimbursement: Receive a $1,000 incentive per applicant for certification (capped at 70% of cost).
  • Trade Ally Expertise: Work with an approved Trade Ally to ensure your success from application to verification.

What to Expect: The Project Lifecycle

For our Building Tune-Up and HVAC pathways, we follow a streamlined four-phase process to guarantee results:

1.   Application: A quick review of your facility data (7-day turnaround for HVAC; 14 days for Building Tune-Up).

2.   Investigation: A technical review and on-site testing to document saving opportunities.

3.   Installation: Implementation of selected measures with support from your Trade Ally.

4.   Verification: A Measurement & Verification (M&V) phase to quantify your actual energy and cost savings.

Why Participate?

  • Lower Expenses: Cut operational costs by reducing energy waste.
  • Improve Comfort: Ensure HVAC and building systems run smoothly for occupants.
  • Extend Equipment Life: Proper maintenance reduces the "wear and tear" on expensive mechanical systems.
  • No- to Low-Cost Gains: Achieve measurable efficiency without major capital overhauls.
