Charging infrastructure is not just about stations; it’s an investment in the future of mobility. As e-bikes gain popularity for transportation, work, recreation, and urban mobility, accessible charging infrastructure becomes even more crucial.
What’s Eligible
To be eligible for incentives, you must:
- Receive, or plan to receive, service from Orange & Rockland
- Have your chargers be publicly accessible
- Be in a Disadvantaged Community area (DAC) or in or adjacent to a multiunit dwelling where 25% of units must be at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI)

What to Expect
- Find Out Your Eligibility Get started by completing your application to initiate review. Find required documents for review.
- Sign the agreement. Next, review and accept the incentive offer.
- Install Your Chargers Finally, upgrade your site’s infrastructure and energize your chargers then provide documentation and invoices to receive your incentive!
