The Municipality portal will offer improved visibility and functionality for our Municipal Partners, including the ability to:
• View outages within your territory, including critical and life‑support customers
• See how many customers are affected in your area
• Submit and track trouble tickets
In addition, the portal will provide expanded situational awareness through features such as:
• Insights into incoming weather patterns
• Estimated Times of Restoration (ETRs) for affected areas
• Access from both desktop and mobile devices, enabling easy use from the field
