SmartCharge Commercial Incentive Program
Eligible chargers include those for public spaces, workplaces, multifamily dwellings and industrial locations as well as light, medium and heavy-duty fleet vehicles. You can participate in both SmartCharge Commercial and SmartCharge New York.
As a SmartCharge Commercial participant, you can earn the following with your EV chargers in the Orange & Rockland service area:

SUBSTATION PEAK AVOIDANCE INCENTIVE (KW)
Earn extra incentives by avoiding charging during peak times* with every kW avoided relative to its nameplate:
$7-$17 per kW for reduced charging between June and September.
$1-$5 per kW for reduced charging between October and May. |
* Your substation peak period will be determined by the location of your chargers. We will provide you with this period after you apply.
Charging data submission will be required to calculate your earnings.

SmartCharge Tech Incentive
Already a SmartCharge Commercial participant? You may qualify to receive cash incentives when you install eligible load management technologies on commercial EV charging stations.
