Payment, of course, may be made by mail and is due upon receipt of your bill. A bill message on the statement tells you when payment must be posted to your account to avoid a 1.5% late payment charge.

These outlets have extended business hours on weekdays, and many are open on weekends. When you stop by to pay your energy bill, they'll electronically process your payment immediately and provide you with a receipt. Allow 24 – 48 hours for your payment to be posted to your account.
Our agents don't charge a fee for accepting and processing your payments.
Any establishment that's not listed here or charges a fee for accepting payments is not authorized by O&R. Customers who use an unauthorized agency assume all risks associated with their bill payment. If you have any questions, please contact us.
