Bergen Winter Wonderland a Big Hit Again This Year, Thanks in Part to Rockland Electric's $10,000 Donation

The Winter Wonderland is a unique, county-wide celebration of the season that annually transforms three-and-a-half acres of Van Saun County Park in Paramus into a winter carnival.

Rockland Electric Company again in 2018 donated $10,000 to help support all the wholesome winter family-oriented activities, festivities and food the season brings, both indoors and outdoors.

A record-setting 40,000 people have attended the 2018 festival, and officials expect even larger crowds in winter 2019 to zip around the skating rink, ride the carousel, and climb aboard the Bergen County Express train ride through the park. The fun continues Friday –Sunday through the end of February.

Rockland Electric Company is an electric utility serving approximately 72,000 customers in parts of northern Bergen, Passaic and Sussex counties in New Jersey. Rockland Electric is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., which in turn is owned by Consolidated Edison, Inc.
