O&R Restores Power to About 1,700 Knocked Out by Storms Today; Crews Working to Get Service Back to Another 530 Still Out
O&R crews restored power to about 1,700 customers whose power was knocked out this afternoon by the strong thunderstorms roaring through the region.
Crews are now working to restore service to the remaining 530 customers whose service was interrupted by today’s high winds, heavy rains and frequent lightning strikes. That turbulent weather continues into the evening hours.
O&R company and contractor overhead line crews will continue their work into this evening and through the night as necessary until all customers whose power can be restored are back in service. Those line crews are supported by damage assessment, site safety, customer service operations and a wide array of O&R teams assisting those functions.

- Use the O&R mobile app from your iPhone, iPad or Android device;

- Call Customer Assistance at 1-877-434-4100
