O&R Upgraded Mobile App: More Services for Life on the Run
Our fast-paced lives often require us to take care of business on the go. That’s why effective mobile apps make customers happy: the better the app, the happier the customer.
That’s why O&R has upgraded its mobile app and expanded its functionality. Now, in addition to being able to report and obtain electric service outage information, customers can view and pay their bills.
With O&R’s Mobile App 2.0, customers can also enroll in eBill and sign up for Budget Billing. In addition to reporting and checking the status of an outage, customers can use the interactive Outage Map and submit photos of outage-related damage. This helps O&R crews get a jumpstart on trouble-shooting and repairing the electric system. O&R Mobile App 2.0 also links customers to O&R’s Gas Emergency Hotline, latest news releases and social media channels.
