Paying your energy bill is as easy as making a phone call. Just pick up your phone and call our toll-free number, 1-877-434-4100. Using our express answering system, select the payment option from the menu and follow the prompts carefully.

To pay by phone, have your energy bill and checkbook handy. You will need:

• Your 10-digit customer account number
• Your bank routing number (the first nine digits on the bottom left of your check)
• Your bank account number (the next 10 digits after your bank routing number)
• The amount you want to pay

At the end of your call, you will get a message confirming the amount you paid and the date your payment will be posted to your account. (Don't forget to enter the payment amount in your register.)

Paying by phone takes only a few minutes, and there's no charge or fee for processing your payment.
