Many companies pledge quality
service to their customers, but how many are willing to back up their promise with a $25
bill credit?
While it's always been our policy to correct any mistakes we make with
customers, we've rededicated our commitment to excellence through our
Service First program. Through this initiative, we pledge to
continue providing first-rate customer service in two key service commitments.
On those rare occasions when we fall short of these performance standards,
we'll correct it hassle-free and give you a $25 energy bill credit.
Through Service First:
- We pledge to keep all mutually agreed upon appointments within
one hour of the scheduled time. If we can't make
it, we'll call you and reschedule at least 24 hours ahead of time.
The only exception is if a gas leak emergency in our service territory
prevents us from keeping our appointment with you. Even then, we'll
call to reschedule.
- We pledge to prevent or correct inaccurate meter readings
or billing. We're proud of our 99.9% accuracy rate in reading
meters. But we also know no one likes mistakes that become "wrong"
bills later. In the event we fall short of this goal, we promise immediate
resolution.
