The Third Party Notification program allows you to select a friend, relative or agency to receive copies of past-due reminders or final disconnect notices that are sent to you. In this way, even if you're on vacation or haven't received a notice for other reasons, the third party can work with us to help you avoid problems with your account. A designated third party does not have the responsibility for paying your energy bill.
