What is a pay-in-person location?

We have payment agents throughout the service territory who will accept payment on your energy bill at no charge.

If I pay at a pay-in-person location, when will payment be posted to my account?

To avoid a late payment charge, don't wait until the due date to make a payment. Allow at least 48 hours for payment to be posted to your account.

Where are these payment agents located?

Our authorized payment agents are conveniently located in places such as grocery stores, card shops and delicatessens. A bill message on your monthly statement provides the name and address of a pay-in-person location nearest you. You can view the complete list of authorized payment agents here.
