Any customer with a checking account from a bank,
credit union or other financial institution can pay by phone.
How do I pay by phone?
If you want to pay your energy bill quickly by phone, call eZPay Express toll-free
at 1-877-673-9729.
What do I need to pay by phone?
You'll need to have your checkbook and energy bill handy.
Is there a charge for making a payment by phone?
There is no charge when you pay with your checking or savings account. However, when
paying by debit or major credit card there is a convenience fee payable
to the authorized payment agent. O&R, Rockland Electric and PCL&P
do not receive any portion of this fee.
When will payment be posted to my account if I pay
by phone?
To be on the safe side, please allow two business days for
payment to be posted to your account.
How will I know if my payment went through when I
pay by phone?
You'll get a confirmation message at the end of your call.
