When is my bill due?

Payment is due upon receipt of your bill. A bill message on the statement tells you when payment must be posted to your account to avoid a 1.5% late payment charge.

I lost my payment envelope. Where do I mail my payment?

Enclose your check or money order (do not mail cash) in your own envelope and mail it to the appropriate address:

What should I do if the wrong payment amount was posted to my account?

To process customer payments, we use optical scanners to "read" the numeric amount in each check. The kind of pen you use and how you write the numbers on the check make a difference.
