If someone knocks on my door, how can I make sure
that person is really your employee or contractor?
Always play it safe and ask for an identification card. All
our employees and contractors wear I.D. cards bearing the O&R symbol on one side,
and the employee's or contractor's color photograph on the reverse side.
What should I do if I ask for identification but
the person at my door cannot produce a color I.D. card with the O&R symbol?
Refuse admittance, terminate further contact and call the
police immediately. If the person produces an I.D. card and you're still apprehensive,
