| The System Benefits Charge recovers
the cost of mandated energy efficiency, environmental protection and low
income assistance programs. The Renewable Portfolio Standard Charge recovers
the cost of renewable resources programs. For billing purposes, these
two charges are combined, and named System Benefits Charge/Renewable Portfolio
Standard Charge.
