Provides advice, coordination
and oversight for Sarbanes-Oxley

Responsible for
managing the Corporate Budget and the associated process and support
systems. Provides ongoing management and oversight by analyzing
and reporting variances that affect corporate earnings; establishing
a system that identifies potential impacts to earnings; interfacing
with all corporate departments in the establishment of financial
forecasts; and assisting in the administration of the Corporate
Plan. |
| Senior Financial Analyst |
Performs a full range of accounting
and financial reporting duties, calling for individual judgment
and responsibility, including studies, analyses, and special assignments
by applying advanced accounting concepts. Requires a thorough
knowledge of the Company's policies and practices related to preparing
the monthly financial statements and analyzing financial results. |

Performs studies, analyses,
investigations and special assignments calling for individual
judgment and responsibility and requiring thorough knowledge of
the Company's policies and practices particularly related to the
operating and capital budgets and the overall impact on the Company's
financial performance. |
| Administrator |
Coordinates development of full
range of accounting procedures and analysis of results; writes
monthly reports to senior management, assists in administration
and preparation of rate case and other regulatory financial presentations;
and acts as liaison with regulatory and other financial auditors.
Performs assignments requiring advanced accounting concepts including
cost/benefit analysis and studies specifically directed to utility
practices. |
