Facilities
Director - Facilities and Services Directs, leads, plans and controls the operations of the Facilities and Services Departments, which includes all buildings and grounds, administrative services, conference center and forestry.
Manager - Facilities and Services Manages the operations of the Facilities and Services Departments, which comprises the Company's buildings and grounds maintenance functions and administrative services, which includes Records Management, and Reproduction and Forms Control.
Supervisor - Records Management Responsible for the planning, developing and administering of a corporate-wide records management and vital records protection program, the Corporate Records Center.
Specialist Manages the corporate records management program, including planning, development, and compliance oversight.
Supervisor - Reproduction and Forms Control Supervises the preparation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, messenger service, and mailroom operation at all Company locations, and Reproduction and Forms Control Services.
Superintendent - Buildings and Grounds Directs and develops a comprehensive maintenance program for all corporate buildings and grounds.
Superintendent - Major Projects Designs and prepares project documents, coordinates and supervises construction projects and space planning.
Supervisor - Maintenance Supervises the forestry maintenance personnel and work requests.
Maintenance Specialist Responsible for the detail planning of forestry work request procedures, including pre-planning of tooling, supplies, equipment and materials.
Supervisor - Conference Center Supervises the staff and the food services and accommodations for the customers of the Conference Center.
Conference Center Aide Assists in providing food services and accommodations for the customers of the Conference Center.
Human Resources
Director - HR Support Responsible for aligning the Company's people strategies with the Company's business strategies and providing organizational leadership on HR policies and procedures covering each of the HR functions. Serves as a member of Senior Management on the Corporate Policy Committee. Provides to all areas of the Company a diverse array of essential employee services that includes: Recruitment and Staffing; Employee Compensation/Benefits; and Employee Relations.
Administrator Provides advice and counsel to business units related to Human Resources. Recruits external candidates for management positions. Administers the Organizational Development and Affirmative Action Programs.
Administrator Provides advice and counsel to business units related to Human Resources. Recruits external candidates for bargaining unit positions. Administers the Employee Assistance Program services and the Tuition Aid Reimbursement.
Representative Administers the Disability Insurance process. Maintains the Management Salary Program System. Maintains the employees' personnel record. Administers all Personnel Status Authorizations.
Section Manager - Benefits Manages the employee benefits plans and programs. Supervises the daily activities of the Benefits Department.
Manager - Management Development Responsible for improving the overall productivity of company employees through development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs, career development activities and corporate succession planning.
Senior Specialist Develops, coordinates and administers electric and gas skills training programs for Electric Operations (Overhead, Underground, Line and Substations) and Gas Operations.
Senior Specialist Oversees administrative functions associated with employee benefits plans and programs.

Security Services
Section Manager Directs all security activities for Orange and Rockland to include investigations of all incidents involving Company policies, procedures and/or criminal acts that may be detrimental to the Company.
Manager Manages and controls all Security activities for Orange and Rockland to include investigations of all incidents involving Company policies, procedures and/or criminal acts that may be detrimental to the Company.
Senior Specialist Assists the Manager of Security in carrying out the responsibilities of the office, acts in a supervisory capacity on behalf of the manager. Analyzes security needs, recommends and implements measures and methods for improving security at Company facilities. Supervises the Contract Security Guard Service and Closed Circuit TV Systems.
Senior Specialist Evaluates, reviews, proposes and installs technical security equipment to safeguard personnel and to prevent unauthorized access to equipment, systems, material and information at Company facilities.
Shared Services Administration
Section Manager Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of all shared services, manageing the cultural differences and relationships between our companies and perpetuating long-term sustainability of all shared functions and services.
