Pike Chamber Names O&R's Frosco to Board of Directors
PEARL RIVER, NY February 11, 2008 — The Pike County Chamber of Commerce
has named O&R's Manager of New Construction Services Jacqueline Frosco
to the business organization's 2008 Board of Directors.
She has been named to the Chamber Board of Directors' Membership Committee
as well.
A 20-year O&R veteran, Frosco joined the Company in New Construction
Services as an Account Coordinator and member of IBEW Local 503. In succeeding
years, she assumed positions of greater responsibility and authority culminating
with her transfer into the management ranks and promotion to Project Manager
in New Construction Services. She held that post until her promotion to
her current job.
As Manager of New Construction Services, Frosco participates in construction
planning activities with O&R's Operating and Engineering departments
to meet customer construction needs and to enhance O&R's ability to
forecast revenue, deploy staff, stock material and project load growth
for system planning. She also is responsible for analyzing field conditions
to assist the Operating departments with planning and scheduling of distribution
installations for natural gas and electricity.
A New Jersey native, Frosco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Management from Dominican College. She also has completed course work
in the Con Edison-sponsored Power Technologies International (PTI) seminar
presented by Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution, Inc. She resides
in Rivervale, N.J.
Pike County Light & Power Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Orange
and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (O&R), which is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Consolidated Edison, Inc., is a regulated utility.
