For added shopping convenience, O&R offers three ways to order an O&R Energy Gift Certificate: in person, online or by phone.

In person: Just stop by one of O&R's Walk-In Customer Service Centers and pick one up today.

Tell O&R how much you wish to spend for the gift (The gift certificates are available in denominations of $10, $20, $50, $75 and $100). Purchases made at O&R Walk-In Customer Service Centers are payable by check, cash or money order.

An O&R customer service representative will credit the gift amount as a deduction on the gift certificate recipient's next monthly energy bill. O&R also furnishes you a copy of the Energy Gift Certificate so you can gift-wrap it for a holiday presentation to that special someone, warming their heart as well as their home.

Online and by phone: The Energy Gift Certificate also can be purchased online or by phone through CertifiChecks, a third-party vendor. Credit and debit card orders are accepted. A shipping and handling fee applies. The standard shipping and handling fee is $4.95. This fee will vary depending upon the method of delivery (overnight, etc.) and/or any options you may choose (such as ordering a boxed certificate or a boxed certificate with a holiday bow).

For online and phone purchases through CertifiChecks, you'll receive an Energy Gift Certificate in the mail to present to the recipient. The recipient may redeem the Energy Gift Certificate by including it with the monthly bill payment.

If gift recipients pay their bills online or through O&R's Automatic Bill Payment system, they must mail in their Energy Gift Certificate for credit to their accounts.
