Mr. Tarpey is Vice President of Operations, and is responsible for Orange & Rockland's electric and gas divisions, including the operation, construction and maintenance of all electric and gas transmission and distribution facilities.

With the company since 1972, Mr. Tarpey has held positions of increasing responsibility in Electrical Engineering, Line Technical Services, Transportation, Electric Operations and Distribution Engineering.
