Mr. Kosior is Orange & Rockland's Ethics Officer, and is responsible for the continual development and implementation of the company's comprehensive ethics program.

He began his career at O&R in the Power Development and Civil Engineering Departments, where he worked in a number of assignments that included design, project administration and construction supervision. Prior to his present position, he was Manager of Environmental Services.
