Mr. O'Brien is Orange & Rockland's Vice President of Customer Service, and is responsible
for customer service, including the call center, policy and compliance, billing, meter
reading and collections, electric meter shops, revenue protection, quality assurance and
retail access operations.
Formerly a 36-year Con Edison employee, he most recently served as Con Edison's General
Manager of Major Accounts. During his career with Con Edison, he served as General Manager
of Customer Operations for Manhattan, Director of Gas Marketing and General Manager of
Corporate Planning.
