Mr. Ortiz is Orange & Rockland's Vice President of Customer Service, and is responsible for customer service,
including the call center, policy and compliance, billing, meter reading
and collections, electric meter shops, revenue protection, quality assurance and energy services operations.
Formerly
a 33-year Con Edison employee, he most recently served as Con Edison's General
Manager of Gas Operations in both the Bronx and Queens. Mr. Ortiz began his career at Con Edison as a Customer
Service Representative and has served as General Manager of Stores Operations, General Manager of Regional Transportation
and Stores Operations, and Director of Personnel Services.
